I do not usually upload my photography. I am the worst amatuer...because I am a traditional Artist, everything is viewed with frames as potential art. To my fiance's dismay, I do not have alot to do with settings, beyond basic comprehension of fstops, etc. Usually it's point, frame and shoot.

I get lucky is all. Oh and I added my signature to it!

This was taken recently at the Detroit Zoo. For more of this sort, see ~cbordin 's gallery. (He made me upload it! I'm innocent I swear!)

That's a gorgeous picture! I couldn't believe it was a photograph; it looks so much like an ink drawing of a tree in wintertime, with the stark black and white.

Is that fog coming off snow??? or did create the effect. Either way beautifully calming.

Guess I should have explained that. It is fog coming off the snow. The cold snap disappeared after we were dumped on by the winter storm. That day it was unseasonably warm and the whole zoo was foggy. (Warm enough, everyone but me took off their coats. I had to use a wheelchair, so I wasn't creating any body heat.)
